Tough, is no such word in the dictionary of the two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso, as he cruised to victory in the Malaysian Grand Prix. Though, his Mclaren car is not the fastest on F1 circuit especially as compared to Ferrari but still his mental toughness and will to win makes him the force to reckon with.
Interestingly, his teammate Lewis Hamilton attained the second position ahead of Australian Grand Prix winner Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa who threw away his pole position because of reckless driving. There is no hiding the fact that Massa has quite a talent but despite being with Ferrari last season he has still not learn the lesson of killing the opposition when on top. The task mastered pretty admirably by former Ferrari driver Michel Schumacher.
Renault despite being poor in the qualifying session, finished strongly in sixth and eighth position respectively whereas BMW Heidfeld had quite a good race finishing fourth ahead of Felipe Massa.
